Legislative Update

It is no secret that optometrists provide primary eye care services to most of the ever-increasing Florida population. As we approach the general election, your FOA has been very busy making certain that current and potentially new legislators fully understand our profession and its value to Floridians. However, we ask that you take a moment to reach out to your local legislators and build an individual, grassroots relationship to assist us with our statewide campaign. Your personal relationship with them as a constituent in their district carries a tremendous amount of clout and political influence.
