Registration Descriptions and Rates

FOA Member Ticket - Includes education, welcome reception, exhibit hall, legislative lunch and House of Delegates I and II (must be a dues paying member for 6 months). You must log in to your FOA account to receive reduced pricing. *Newly licensed ODs should register under the FOA/AOA/or non-member rate as appropriate. Newly licensed ODs cannot register under student/resident rates. 

AOA Member Ticket - Includes welcome reception, exhibit hall and education Optometry Student Education - Includes education and exhibit hall. Must be a student member of the FOA. You must log in to your FOA account to receive reduced pricing. Resident Education - Includes education and exhibit hall. Must be a post-graduate/resident member of the FOA. You must log in to your FOA account to receive reduced pricing.

Non-member of FOA or AOA - Includes education, welcome reception, evening hospitality suites and exhibit hall.

Paraoptometric Education (One Day) - Includes para education and exhibit hall (ODs not eligible) for Saturday. Para Courses will be submitted for AOA CPC approval. ODs not eligible

Social Only - Includes welcome reception, exhibit hall, and all evening hospitality suites (If you are a member, it also includes legislative lunch and business/delegate meetings.)

Banquet - Access to the banquet.  

Exhibit Hall Only- complimentary access to the exhibit hall only (opens mid-June, 2025)

Student, Resident or Class of 2025 Graduates - access to continuing education, breakfast symposiums and exhibit hall. Registration cost is $25. Students will receive a $25 gift card at the registration desk when they check in to pick up their badge.

WHAT to wear

Convention Session and Exhibit Hall Attire: Business Casual
We recommend packing a light jacket or sweater to wear while attending sessions since meeting rooms tend to be cool.

Welcome Reception Attire: Cocktail

Banquet Attire: 90s Red Carpet (suggested attire - Floor length gowns with classic 90s glam silhouettes & patterns, Tuxedos and Suits with totally rad 90s printed tie/bow-tie)

 

Cancellation Policy: 

A $50 administrative charge for cancellations will apply for all registration cancellations. Registrations canceled on or after July 4, 2026 are non-refundable.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: By registering for the 2026 FOA Annual Convention, I hereby grant permission to use any and all photographic imagery and video footage taken of me at this event and activities pertaining to this event, without payment or any other consideration.
