ACCOMMODATIONS

Online booking is no longer available, as the June 22 cutoff date has passed. If you would like to book a room at the property, please email kyle@floridaeyes.org with the guest name, arrival and departure date. It may be possible the hotel is still able to accommodate the request at group rate, but this is at their discretion and on a space/rate available basis. Please note it may take a few business days to receive a response from the property.

WHAT to wear

Convention Session and Exhibit Hall Attire: Business Casual
We recommend packing a light jacket or sweater to wear while attending sessions since meeting rooms tend to be cool.

Welcome Reception Attire: Cocktail

Banquet Attire: Come dressed as you did for your prom night (or how you wish you had!)

 

Cancellation Policy: 

A $50 administrative charge for cancellations will apply for all registration cancellations. Registrations canceled on or after July 4, 2026 are non-refundable.
