2025 FOEHF GOLF TOURNAMENT

Time: Shotgun Start at 1:00PM / Registration opens at noon

Location: Shingle Creek Golf Club 

Price: $125/player includes boxed lunch

In conjunction with Florida Optometric Association's 2025 Convention, the FOEHF has organized its 4th Annual Charitable Golf Tournament.

• Participants will enjoy 18 holes of '4 person scramble' format at the beautiful Shingle Creek Golf Club. Numerous levels of corporate involvement are available. 
•  Funds generated from this event will go towards grants and community outreach programs established by the FOEHF.
