Terrance Naberhaus, 51, of Merritt Island, self-employed optometrist, succeeding John McClane III, appointed for a term beginning January 9, 2008, and ending October 31, 2010.

Timothy Underhill, 59, of Fort Myers, self-employed optometrist, succeeding Raymond Pierie, appointed for a term beginning January 9, 2008, and ending October 31, 2011.
