A Night at the Oscars
The Florida Optometric Association invites you to walk the red carpet at the 114th Annual Convention. The 2016 Annual Convention will host hundreds of optometrists, students of optometry, and optometric staff from Florida and around the country. All attendees will have access to the exhibit hall. Continuing education will not occur during exhibit hours allowing an increase in traffic flow. Experience the world renowned Breakers at the trade show from July 15th through July 16th while attendees enjoy an extravagant weekend of continuing education and social affairs.
The FOA room block at The Breakers is full, but the FOA has two overflow hotels, The Brazilian Court and the Hilton West Palm Beach.
The Brazilian Court is located one mile from The Breakers and is a four star hotel that is part of the Leading Hotels of the World. Rates start at $185.00 per night. To make reservations, please call 1-800-552-0335 or 1-561-655-7740 and ask for the Florida Optometric Association room block.

$1,295.00 for early registration ending on Friday, March 4th.
$1,395.00 for premium registration ending on Monday, April 25th.
$1,445.00 for regular registration starting on Tuesday, April 26th until convention.
Booth registration includes two name badges and the company/organization name in convention program. The standard equipment provided to exhibitors will consist of an 8' x 10' booth with a cloth back wall eight feet high, side dividers, one 6' x 2' skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign.
Booth location is based on the time applications are received and payments are made in full. The Florida Optometric Association will assign booth locations starting May 16th.
